
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, but please email us if you have any issues with your order. Please do not attempt to initiate a return inquiry through Instagram or SquareSpace. Our email is IrisHouseVintage@gmail.com.
If an item is labeled “as is”, the buyer agrees to purchase it in its current condition. Returns and refunds for items labeled “as is” will not be accepted unless the item is grossly misrepresented.
No refunds will be given if the buyer has us ship an order to an incorrect address. It is up to the buyer to ensure their shipping address is up-to-date.
No refunds will be given if the package was marked as delivered but was not at the recipient's address or if it goes missing in transit. Please see our shipping policies for more information on how to protect your mail against theft and what to do if your package goes missing in transit.
If the item was grossly misrepresented by Iris House Vintage, we will happily provide a full refund once the item is mailed back to us using a pre-paid label that we will provide.
TERMS OF SERVICE
We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping days are typically Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on those days will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

We ship from Dearborn, Michigan.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Iris House Vintage is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with these matters once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please visit the USPS website to file a Missing Mail Service Request. Once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS for the delivery process.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot offer refunds if the package is sent to the wrong address due to an error on the buyer’s part.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees again to have the item sent to the correct address.
Optional Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation
To protect your order from potential loss or theft, we offer the option to add signature confirmation to your shipment for an additional fee.
Shipping Insurance: Insurance up to $100 is included with USPS Ground Advantage and USPS First Class Package International: Canada shipping options.
Signature Confirmation: For extra security, signature confirmation ensures that your package cannot be delivered unless someone signs for it. If you're not home when the package is delivered, the postal carrier will leave a slip for you to pick it up at your local post office, typically within 14 days before it is returned to us. All orders valued over $400 will automatically include signature confirmation at no extra charge for added security.
